Refund & Cancellation

Please read the following refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a booking with Sai Ca Taxi. By making a booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below:

1. Cancellation Policy

  • i. To confirm your booking, we require an advance payment.
  • ii. You may cancel your taxi booking by contacting us directly through our customer service channels.
  • iii. Cancellation requests made within 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to the terms outlined in the refund policy.
  • iv. Cancellation requests made after the specified time period may not be eligible for a refund. However, we will review such requests on a case-by-case basis.
  • iv. When canceling a booking, a cancellation charge of 20% will be applied.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds for cancelled bookings will be processed according to the following guidelines:
    i. Cancellation requests made within 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
    ii. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
    iii. Please note that the advance payment is non-refundable.

  • Refunds may take 10 business days to process, depending on the payment processor and your financial institution.

3. No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to show up for your scheduled taxi pickup without prior cancellation, it will be considered a "no-show."
  • No-shows are not eligible for a refund unless there are exceptional circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Changes to Booking

  • If you need to make changes to your booking, such as modifying the pickup time, destination, or passenger details, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your requested changes, subject to availability and any applicable fees or charges.

5. Force Majeure

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or government-imposed restrictions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings without liability or obligation..
  • In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance and provide alternative arrangements or a refund, as appropriate.
